My formative years were spent flip-flopping and beach-hopping through sun-soaked summers in Brigantine, New Jersey. As a young teenager, those days revolved around the beach, boating, and boardwalk adventures. We also spent a great deal of time in Ventnor with my grandparents and cousins, and it truly felt like a second home.

Having lived at the Jersey Shore my entire life, I developed a deep appreciation for the charm and character of coastal living. Many of my clients share that same connection. Over the years, I’ve watched more and more visitors to our shore communities make the transition from seasonal guests to year-round residents.
