My formative years were spent flip-flopping and beach-hopping through sun-soaked summers in Brigantine, NJ. As a young teen, those days revolved around the beach, boating, and boardwalk adventures. We also spent a great deal of time in Ventnor with my grandparents and cousins; it truly felt like a second home.

Having lived at the Jersey Shore my entire life, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for the charm and allure of coastal living. Many of my clients share that same sentiment. Over the years, I’ve watched as more and more visitors to our shore communities decide to make the transition from seasonal guests to year-round residents.
